Our brief to Boogertman was to deliver a project with an elegant, luxury lifestyle comparable to any upscale development in the world. We demanded a unique and modern lifestyle design, influenced by the fast-changing taste of discerning wealthy Kenyan and international homeowners in Nairobi.

The project has been a huge success, the units selling at $ 1.2M, and fetching rentals of $ 6000.00 making us the gold standard for designing authentic comfort and luxury spaces.
